After relocating from the Chicagoland area, I quickly learned that maintaining a home in Southwest Florida requires a different level of care. The heat, humidity, storms, and salt air create challenges that demand experience, consistency, and attention to detail.
I bring over 35 years of union construction experience, which allows me to approach property maintenance with a skilled, professional mindset. I understand how homes are built, how they age, and what it takes to protect them over time.
Southwest Florida is home to many seasonal and full-time residents who want peace of mind when it comes to their property. My goal is to help homeowners preserve their investment without the stress and worry of ongoing maintenance.
